Just work on the timing, it's actually really easy to get the timing down for an air gentleman if you spend about five minutes practicing it. I can do it with about 95% consistency after just a few minutes of practice.

I'm pretty sure any good player c-sticks, would be very hard shffling uairs without doing so. You have to hit the joystick up while in the crouch before the jump to do it, otherwise. That's not as efficient as c-sick.
