  • 20ft for sure. Still fcukin low WOOOOF. Id have ducked = )

  • wasnt 5 feet, cause pilot didnt want to hit the pedestians

  • Das war in Wittmund Ostfriesland "Richthofen" Jagdgeschwader

  • wow, i bet that would be sad. getting in the cockpit for the last time knowing it will be the last.

  • Great Phantom song for this>>MY LITTLE F4..would be awesome...

  • oh yeah if you cant buy american , get your self an L-39 they sell to anyone . look it up and ask the former president of chrysler motors who landed his gear up at oakland international airport in waterford , michigan .

  • if your bank account is up to date there are a few current projects going on around the good ole U.S.A to refurbish F-4's for air show drivers . F-4 loud and proud . hope everyone in this vid had ear protection . you ever seen the couple that fly F-104's at shows . First Rate . hope to see Phantoms at shows again soon !

  • the "oooops" pass looked a lot hairier than that last one, at least that last dude went in straight and level. ooops guy looked like he was half a second of hesitation away from lawndarting. hairraising stuff.

  • The worlds leading distributor of MIG parts.

  • Rode in the back seat of an F-4C thanks to the IN Air National Gaurd, Ft. Wayne... Awesome!!!

  • 1 thing I dont understand, You can go to a country outside of the US and buy military jets/tanks....ect. But you cant buy them in the US. The US will sell it to somewhere else, but not its own.

  • @79camaro454

You can buy in the US as well if your name is Air-Force or Navy.

  • @79camaro454

You can buy tanks in america.

    Disarmed tanks though

  • @Zvesda do you have a link to show me? I have had no luck

  • @79camaro454 They do sell all sorts of military equipment, but it will be nowhere near current generation. Just obtaining a license to fly a twin engine jet would be a feat in itself in the United States.

  • great song would be" My little F4" by the Seatbelts

  • Any closer and he might have sucked up and ingested someone in his engines!

  • I'll bet his radar altimeter was going NUTS!

  • Ill bet that was really loud

  • More like 5 meters dude.

  • I've actually just met the pilot who flew the aircraft , the one that overbanked, he is a senior wing commander phil schill, who got a two month ban for that stunt, he retired from the RAF in 2003, he is the funniest guy you will ever meet

  • Much better music than that 009 soundsystem or whatever the fuck he calls himself.

  • ARTICLE 15 !!

  • That's our crazy Air Force:

It was a German Pilot's last flight. I don't know the Pilots name, but my father, who work on that Air Force Base (it's the 71 Fighter Wing) told me the story some time ago

  • Great low pass. Couple of them shit bricks. Not 5ft but still really glad I watched it. Great video. Big thumbs up

  • It's called, Ground Attack.

    I need say no more.

  • thats chuck norris going in for a strafing run

  • red rover red rover we send F4 phantom right over

  • And the Germans still fly them. As do the Turks, Greeks, Japanese, and Iranians. Not sure if the Israelis still have them.

  • @mikeosborne83 Nuclear blackmail & extortion artists of the Pentagon procurement mafia, have driven this airframe out of production & support, and they have //almost// driven it out of service. They are intent at selling at gunpoint, hyper-priced high-maintenance boobytrapped systems that will fail if they are ever used against mass murdering Debt Syndicate bankers.

  • @centurion180ad ok fucktard. it has nothing to with the fact this plane is 51 years old?

  • @badgerattoadhall I sent my message to MIKEOSBORNE83, so why in the Hell do I have YOUR foulmouth God damn ignorant fool reply?

The //design// is old, but the Japanese produced this aircraft all the way upto 1979 and I presume only recently stopped production of replacement parts and rewinging support.

  • @centurion180ad if japan built the aircraft to 1979, it means that they had the could build wings and spares.

PS there are tons of them in the US desert that any user could buy and strip for parts

  • Rudell reencarnation!

  • The South Koreans are still flying them

  • it's a flying brick!

  • This is the real F-4 fuckers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • guy on the hill; whats that?.....other guy on the hill; i dont know.....third guy; HOLY SHIET DUCKKKKKK!!!!!! first guy; where!? "first 2 guys get blow off" fist guy with a mouth full of dirt; found it.......

  • That seems like allot of airplane 2b flying that low........

  • My dad knows that guy. It really was the last flight for this guy. He was the commander for either JG71 Richthofen or JG Westfalia which has now been closed. Nevertheless, he got released for flying recklessly...

  • ローパスにも程があるでしょ(^_^;)

  • @MrJp990 That was an absolute Joke man ;) I know that u won the 1 and 2 worldwar and i hate hitler so pls dont argue about it.

  • @technosogeil Im sorry to say this, but ill argue if i want. I was just stating something to you.

  • @technosogeil we still beat u in world war 1 and 2 :)

  • @CaptiansneakyMk5 where else? we build the best weapons the best planes and the best attack helicopter ;) but the americans have the best tank ;)

  • @technosogeil Actually you guys are obsesses with quality, not quantity... Im not being a dickhead, just saying. Thats why you guys lost the war. You guys made the ME-109 wich was great, so you improved it. but you also made fw-190's and me 262's and alot of other aircraft. Your weapons like STG-44 also had problems during the war. And your leopard tank and our abrams are kind of evenly matched.... Also, quantity is better than quality, my friend and thats why we won World Wars 1 and 2.

  • @MrJp990 no we lost the war cause we began it, it was a war, which we couldn't win!!! and i'm ashamed of all nazis in our country during the world war two and of course today!!

  • @Haaalolo ... During ww2 you guys also made GREAT machines... Look at the panzer and tiger tanks. Very good, eh? But they were expensive and over complicated... Now tanks like our little sherman were easy to make and inexpensive

  • @MrJp990 yeah, you're right, but í think, its more senseful if we concentrate our technogical competences on more senseful things like optimating the aviation.

  • @Haaalolo ME-262 was the first jet fighter to enter service. You guys made that and the Arado AR 234, the world first operational jet bomber. The me 163, a rocket powered interceptor, was also a great aircraft. Try and guess the flaw with all of these aircraft. Takeoffs and landings. Allied attacks cut threw these aircraft when they were taking off and landing... And didnt the ME 262 also have engine reliability problems?

  • @MrJp990 Me 262: Reliabillity problems, 50 seconds from idle to take off power, piss poor dog fighting capabillities and terminally awfull low speed flying characteristics, that made the plane unable to do any manoevers on the last 10 miles of approach. That was a toy, not a weapon.

Me 163: Only 3 enemies shot down, no single 163 shot down by enemy, but 50% loss rate. Another toy.

What Warbirds were no toys? Spitfire, Mustang, Mosquito, Lancaster, Tempest, Liberator...

  • @eotunun ... But they would have been good if they would have worked on it... And guess what? All the early models of the aircraft you listed, were TOYS...... Im not being a dick, and dont try and prove me wrong...

  • @MrJp990 You're not being a dick, but wrong you are! ;-)

This here isn't quite the medium for going into details, but I am convinced, after reading just about everything I could lay my hands on, and learning loads of facts about the stuff from my father (Who was member of the flying club shown in this video up there, and very nearly got to flying that very type of plane back then). Allied air superiority resulted from allied aircraft being better in so many fields of service. No magic involved.

  • @eotunun Im not gunna argue anymore.....But our adversaries were still dangerous... My grandfather was shot down over the pacific 3 times in an f4f wildcat... 2 times, the culprit was engine failure and zeros happened to see the gliding aircraft... the fist time was a turning fight with a zero...

  • Respond to this video... And the earlier models of all those aircraft WERE toys... As i said the EARLIER models.

  • what crazy country was this filmed in??

  • @CaptainsneakyMk5

    German Air Force

  • @voltag3man

Hey kiddy. I never said F4 are German. Germany bought F4 for the service in their Air Force as many other countrys did. Please use Google before posting things that insult yourself.

  • @voltag3man f4's where bought by many countrys... :L learn facts next time ^^

  • @voltag3man dude germans use mig 29s and guess what they are russian planes. just becuse a plane is built in a certain country doesnt mean its the only country that can use them

  • @terraformer5 pretty much yes that is true only the country that made it uses it so your saying they give it away wat if we build hight tech planes we give them to russia we have a war ith russia they kick our ass cuz they have OUR planes

  • @voltag3man we will give allies weapons and vehicles but we wont give them to enemies. if you look around now most military aircraft are produced by American companies or a Russian company.. but some American aircraft s are designed by America and other NATO countries. so the aircraft will be given to our allies

  • @terraformer5 They are never "given" to allies as you put it they are sold for a bucket load of cash.

  • @taipan185 by Bucket load you mean 55 gallon drums stuffed with Hundies then you are right

  • @pattrick208 Pretty close to that yeah :)

  • @voltag3man Dude. You are an idiot. The Israel Army has F4 Phantoms in service. Japan has had F-15Ds in service before. Korea has the F4s too. Another example. The Russian designed MIG-21 was used by the Chinese as well. So because my TV was made in China, I can't use it cuz I'm American? Go back to school and get your proper eduaction. I have a great grandfather who flew the F4 Phantom in Vietnam. I have LOTS of homework on these planes and up to date models of them. Learn your stuff noobie.

  • @nsrailfann4life91 My Dad was a ADJ-C mechanic and instructor ( U.S.Navy ) for the F-4's during Vietnam. I too had all the models and makes as a kid growing up. It was pretty cool back then when the F-4 broke speed records for the time. I read that the south Viet couldnt handle these and had to use the T-1000's that we used as a trainer jet for combat.

  • @sunniski Awesome. Sounds like a great job. Imagine career day at school lol. "Well my dad works on jets". I love the aviation world, man. I have to say that between the F5, F4, and MIG, I would take the F4 over any of them any day. Love the design. Not the fastest thing out there, but they could take some good AAG fire and A-S gunfire as well. My Great gramps used to tell me his "Navy Stories". And yea, the T-1000s lol. Man, the Viet's couldnt handle the Phantom. It has that name for a reason.

  • @sunniski Meant to say A-A Gunfire, not A-S gunfire lol. A-A = Air to Air, A-S = Air to Surface. Although the phantoms loved dropping Napalm lol.

  • @voltag3man the germans bought the f4-phantom. you can clearly see the german logo around 00:26

  • @voltag3man and what does that mean?arent there F4 phantoms in other countries airforces?i'm greek and we have F4 phantoms.dont speak at all if u r going to say sthing stupid and embarass urself

  • @voltag3man wow. facepalm. Germans bought some from us.

  • @voltag3man notable F-4 users U.S. Japan, Germany, Great Britain, Turkey, Iran, & Isreal. & that's just off the top of my head.

  • @voltag3man

Is used till 2012 then she got stocked out for Eurofighter 2000. Fucking shame!

  • @voltag3man typical american ignorance. That's like you don't have that TV because it is Japanese brand

  • @Kirkyking

So the typical American is ignorant? About what exactly? You're in the same group as the idiot you replied to you snotty little chav

  • @F22RaptorSquadron Sorry if I offended you but it in britain, Americans are generally portrayed as idiots. I am only a teenager but the general picture I get when I think of USA is idiots and annoying kids (play cod online and you'll understand). Now I know they all aren't and when I last went to USA (in about 2003) all the people were nice and friendly, it is generally thought that Americans who think they know it all are ignorant and annoying. the comment was poorly worded :(

  • @voltag3man

    lol idiot.

Btw is the gun of your Lolbramtanks american?

  • @voltag3man Actually you are wrong about that. The F4EJ Phantom design was orininated in America and many more modified models were made here, but other countries placed orders for customized Phantoms and Phantom IIs. You should do some research. Just because a plane is of American origin, doesn't mean that it can't be found elsewhere, genius. Hell, there are Corvettes in Japan. Am I lying? No. Do your homework next time. Hell the Israel Army has F4 Phantoms still in service dude. You failed.

  • @CaptainsneakyMk5

It's a Phantom of the 71th Fighter Wing of the German Air Force. The Clip was filmed at the Air Force Base "Wittmundhaven" (ETNT)

  • sorry you r right they r vw golf sorry again its germany the airport its very similar at the one in the falklands sorry again

  • Luftwaffe Phantom from the infamous Richthofen squardron "Richthofen" JG71 ..you can tell from the badge on the inlets when it´s taxiing.

  • I swear....This guy is a pilot for Austrian Airlines now...flying F-100's..

Still flys the same way!! LOL Must be him!!!

    Bloody Cowboy!!

  • What country was he from?

  • @academyflyboy The Pilot is German... you can see German Flags and Rankgrades of the soldiers...

    even on the cars.... cheers

  • @damianneff81 thanks man!

  • This pilot is my hero

  • the pilot in any aircraft actually becomes a part of the aircraft. The aircraft is only limited by its pilot. This is my favorite fighter jet. Making a supersonic run, you can kill em before they know what hit em.

  • I'm not asking for the "real engine sound". But I definitely would rather hear what sound the camera did record rather than the music. Good video though.

  • yeah!turkish air force still use f4,rf4 and f4-2000

  • Sorry buddy, people are a little bit taller than 5 feet on average and that super low pass was about 15 above their heads.

  • this pilot rock

  • @Cash2112

Some countries still flew them into the 90's.

  • @waynejawspp Some still countries use it today!

  • That footage its from the falkland (malvinas) there were there untill tornado from the british airforce replace them i reconice the airport i was there in 82 with the argentinians marines

  • @coycoy75basualdo WRONG ! this is last flight of kommander JG1 Richthofen.Luftwaffe.look VW golf and german flag

  • @coycoy75basualdo did´nt know that the Gaucho army is using Volkswagen.... my dear you´ve lost it...

but we still like you even if we beat you in football hahahahahah XD

  • This Pilot is pretty talented, although he looked like he almost lost it doing the turn.

  • there are about 40 people on the ground with feces running down their pant-legs

  • Oh you gotta know those guys it passed over are deaf now.

  • This dude is a good but daring pilot.

  • only time ive ever been happy watching a falsely titled video on youtube

  • I was at the Gathering of mustangs and angels show in ohio and every flyable p-51 mustang in the world was there, b25, lancaster bomber, the memphis belle and p-38 "glacier girl". I saw a group of p-51's escorting, ESCORTING the newly unveiled f-22 Raptor onto the field, I was amazed, old and new together. I'll never forget it, it was a sight to see. To those who missed that show I'm sorry for your loss.

  • As these. the F4s, were based at McGuire AFB in the early '90s the air would crackle, so roiled with disturbance it was, for up to a minute after they passed overhead on approach to land. Quite a unique sound. Additionally, flights of up to 12 of these magnificent aircraft would streak through the sky in two-plane elements leaving or on approach to McGuire. I lived in Langhorne, PA, at the time and it was very common to see Phantoms coming and going; and to hear them pass was like nothing else.

  • Worked a lot of F4s with USAF, this right here would have beed one wild show to see in person. One thing very obvious, this isn't USAF footage :-)

  • The black radome indicates that it has not been updated with the F-18 radar as most of Germanys F-4F are/were! I think it´s from the "Richthofen" Jagdgeschwarder (Badge on the intake!)

  • I wonder if the people standing there got their eyebrows burnt off from the exhaust.

  • @blah666ful Seriously. Was at an airshow at Willow Grove NAS, in '95 or so, as A-10s were simulating an attack on a convoy. The pyrotechnics sent forth a shock-wave and heat-blast that reached the crowd. I got an instant sunburn out of that visit.

  • your a fag.

  • @ryanspeed are you fuckin kidding me?

  • HD camera used :P

  • We had an F-4 buzz the bridge of my ship when I was standing watch. I was on the bridge at the time with our Captain. It really shook me up. Good thing our Captain wasn't drinking coffee our it would have been like that scene from "Top Gun".

I looked over at our Captain thinking he would get upset but it didn't bother him...we were in a war zone and we were glad to see the F-4 out there protecting us.

  • i have seen this clip on other user i think that whas the pilots last flight becuse he ritered from service that day and he whas in germany

  • mkay that was about 15ft

  • If u compare it w ef typhoon, it is a peice of shit

  • yep, NIGHTHAWK is right, its the german luftwaffe, the "jagdgeschwader 71 Richthofen" in Wittmund germany to be exact, you can see the squadron insignia on the fuselage (if you enhance the pic) when she is taxing by. And according to their website they still fly the F-4 for reconnaissance and pilot trainning. The F-4 should be phased out in early 2012 and will be replaced with the newest version of the Eurofighter Typhoon.

  • Badass ? Stupid is more like it ! In America we don't do shit like this.

  • now thats bloody funny

  • the good old times :).......and i wasn't born :(

  • at 1:04,,, I'll bet the jet blast blew those 2 guys off the mound!!!! Damn, that's cool... Thanks for sharing!!!

  • Yeahr German Pilots :D

  • 0:49

These guys were like: "FUCKKKK!!! JUMP GUYS JUMP!!!"

  • Nice! I suppose he put music in, as there probably wasn't any sound originally. :)

  • wow . nice .

  • crazy pilots , they will kill themselves and other people for doing this. Stunts are great but no to low or u don't have the time to eject...

  • That was "Mufti" Eggert, an earlier Commodore of the fighter wing 71 "Richthofen" stationed in Wittmund. He did that because it was his last flight and after that he retired.

  • Great film, and yeah, you'd have to be there to get the feel....I used to love those Phantoms overhead...

  • dat piolot waz a mad basterd :O

  • @phoenixstl1 a cover tune at best. at least put ac/dc in . to the OP yeah it wasnt 5ft as you said. BUT at the least maybe 10-15 at the lowest. judging by hte buzz over the people there

  • Nice music :D

  • I think, it´s Jagdgeschwader 71 Richthofen

  • More like 10 -15feet.

  • -clicks video, hears music instead of engines, immediately hits backspace-

  • this is not USAF this is Luftwaffe, german pilots where known for their unsactioned stunts...they still use the F-4F, although it is being phased out in favor of the eurofighter typhoon...

  • Every time I come back to this it's awesome

  • I always enjoy this, thank you Mr Stoneweapon. Taint nothing like the phantom.

  • 絶対

    神田と栗原コンビだ!!!

  • I'd rather listen to air noise and the BEEFY sound of those turbofans that somebody's idea of rock music!

  • My favorite Jet Plane EVER!!!

ALL MY LOVE TO THE F4 PHANTOM!

    BATMAN

  • @Cash2112: This was an F4F, not the E-Version ! It was the German Air Force (Richthofen Squadron). On of the Pilots takes his last Flight !!!

  • She is old, she smokes and drink to much, but we looooooooooooooooooooooooove the beautifull F 4 Phantom!!!!

  • Just about low enough to squeegee the windows!

    Thanks for posting!

  • chuck norris in it infa 100%

  • the people on the ground were probably running cause the sound is so damn loud! and ive seen plenty of videos that had the engine sound of these planes

  • Hey ? what is name music in video ?

  • what is 5ft onli 1.5 meters

  • AC/DC, an improvement.

  • Ah--then he retired, I read further down.

  • What do you mean "last flight"? Lose his wings? Retiring? What?

  • thought that second guy was gonna lose control and plow into the ground there, that looked a bit haphazard.

  • @ MrJbcrowe: It IS a Luftwaffe-Rhino! The writing is "Spririt of Mufti", the Nick/Callsign (?) of the stn commander

  • Swedish pilot did that in a JA-37 Viggen... scorched several of his friends with second and one with third degree burns... very nearly causing fatalities.

  • Hell Yaaaa!!!

  • I believe if Chuck Norris was a jet, he'd be an F-4!

  • How old is this video and where was it shot? F4E's were phased out of USAF & Air Guard inventory at least 15 years ago.

  • @Cash2112

I guess it is from the late '70s or early '80s

  • @stoneweapon Nah this was round 1991 or 92 this was stn commander..only he could pull this off...last flight before here restired.

  • @stoneweapon i believe thi is from the 90s and its the germans flying it

  • @stoneweapon no its not,,, it is the German Air Force in the 90s....

  • @Cash2112

This video must be from the 80's because you can see some german vw cars parking at the runway. vw golf II was build since 1983.Also one of the guy wear a german Bundeswehr Parker in olivegreen. But the best is the vw bug parking behind the vw golf II.

Anyway the F 4 is still in the german Luftwaffe at the Jagdgeschwader 71 „Richthofen“ in service.

  • @MrTipula yes, is JG71 (Richthofen)

  • @Cash2112 That was in the early 80s, to be recognized with the VW Golf II the german army was using back in the days as well as the haircut of the aircraft marshall. Furthermore it was the "Jagdgeschwader Manfred von Richthofen" of the german air force (see the red 'R' underneath the cockpit)

  • @Cash2112 almost certainly turkey they had loads of F4's

  • @Cash2112 It was shot somewhere in germany in the 80s, as far I can see.

  • @Cash2112 These are luftwaffe tooms dude :)

  • @Cash2112 Think you'll find that's an F4F of the Luftwaffe so could be as late as the 90's

  • @ukTiffy Not Luftwaffe. See the side of the plane in front of the pilot. It says " Spirit of ????" and then badge below the RIO is definetly USAF, maybe TAC

  • Comment removed

  • @Cash2112

    Seems to be Germany

  • @Cash2112 German Luftwaffe F4.

  • @Cash2112 those are german F-4F which are still in service

  • @Cash2112

The F-4 still flies in the German Air Force! But only in one, last unit. The Phantom is replaced by the Eurofighter.

  • it is from the early 90's as you can see by the volkswagen golf in front of the runway. an it is a F4F from the german air force.
