I really like these videos and I've used EarthBoxes to great result with green peppers and other vegetables. WHAT I DON'T LIKE is that each expertvillage video in this series makes me watch a MORMON advertisement before I watch it. I'm not nearly alone in believing the LDS organization is a religious cult and basically I got so tired of muting the ads I just quit watching the entire video series.
bell peppers can grow in containers. Even upside down. Only plants that I know that can grow upside down are Tomato, Peppers, and cucumbers properly. So a container is fine. The more sun you have the better. Peppers of all sorts eat up more of the sun. If the leafs on a pepper slag downward then give it water right away and watch its leafs go up in less than 2 hours or much sooner.

SO how do I protect them from the cold in the winter time? I have mine in pots so can I bring them indoors?

my peppers are still in my kitchen window they have just flowered and are very tall they are coming on nicely
