Thanks for the feedback guys...it was never my intention to try to sound like or even TRY and imitate Sam..no one can do that..but if I "stick to 00's" then how will my generation be exposed to the music that so largely influences the music of today??

So here I stand, with other like myself, trying to bridge the gap...like it or not, respect it. :)

it's just...lacking. Mr.Dixon has a decent voice but If you can bring it, you should leave certain decades alone. Stick to the '00's sir...

he has a wonderful voice.. but he did not do Sam any justice, at all. The words are correct but the melody is off my a million miles. Sam Cooke was all about melody, this brother can sing but didn't represent that melody..
