That stuff is all very melodic compared to more chaotic bands like Pig Destroyer, Ed Gein, Soilent Green, etc. So to say this isn't music IS narrow-minded; while it might not be to your liking, it is music and appeals to a pretty large audience.

I try to respect all beliefs equally because there is absolutely NO way to know which belief(s) are "right." You can believe or not, in the end it'l means the same.
