They look like a black capped chickadee. Probably both male & female are shown. We don't have them in our area (NC), we have Carolina chickadees (they don't have the little bit of buff color on their sides like the BC), usually on our property during the warm months, we have 2 or 3 nests going in our 6 bluebird boxes. Chickadees are fine with us, although my wife favors the bluebird. Bluebirds usually occupy the others. Very neat video.
