When i was fifteen years old i was pregnant. I lost the child at 9 weeks yet carried it until 12 weeks before finding out my borrowed angel was gone! Yes i was young and i know my little one is better off with all the other angels in heaven. This song expresses so much, it hits home to me. My baby brother was born less than a month after i lost my own, he will be four in four days! To those taken away by the Earthquake & Tsunami in Japan last night, March 11, 2011. To my dear friend Kaona and her family, who lives there, I hope they are alright. I cannot explain the fear and anxiety I feel right now, not knowing if they are alive or dead. I have been crying all night, praying that they are alive and well.
The 8.9 earthquake was devastating, but what was more violent, was the 30 ft. tsunami wave, taking many lives and washing them away like mere toys.

My step mother passed away on 12.23.10 @ 9:30am in my dads arms, after he told her he loved her one last time. She struggled with cancer for a year and a half. We all thought she would recover. But she left us and is dancing in heaven with jesus now. She was my dads borrowed angel and did so much for him. @badbooks1 It's not that she's not good enough for heaven. She's here for a reason. You lost one daughter, but you still have a little girl to love. Tragic things happen to good people, made even more tragic when it's a baby or a small child who has never done an harm to anyone. You didn't lose her because she was better than the child who lived, which I'm sure you know. All kind and loving people are borrowed angels, but sometimes Heaven takes them back, and sometimes they stay. You had both.

every sunday, I think about my daughter, where she could be up there, wondering if she comes down to see her lil sister and play with her while I'm sleeping or something. To those taken away by the Earthquake & Tsunami in Japan last night, March 11, 2011. To my dear friend Kaona and her family, who lives there, I hope they are alright. I cannot explain the fear and anxiety I feel right now, not knowing if they are alive or dead. I have been crying all night, praying that they are alive and well.
The 8.9 earthquake was devastating, but what was more violent, was the 30 ft. tsunami wave, taking many lives and washing them away like mere toys.
Lord be with us.

to my bestfriend jessica. she passed 2/18/11 and she was an angel she change the life of so many people and she was only 19. she was struck by a drunk driver. I just lost my son, he was 11. He passed away 5 days before his 12th birthday. In looking for songs for his memorial c.d. I found this beautiful song. I can not listen to it without crying. He was the most beautiful little man! Talented, outgoing, intelligent beyond his years, and very funny. He was lost due to a game he played at home. She was my borrowed angel for 7 years. 7 years ago unexpectedly came through my bedroom window and I kept her as my pet I bought her bird cage and we've been through alot. She use to wake me up every morning singing, she was my alarm clock to go to work at 7 am. She passed on monday :-( I miss her so much.

My horse, Nettie, shes still alive and healthy, but we are about to be seperated. She isnt mine and never has been, but were the best of friends. My step mother passed away on 12.23.10 @ 9:30am in my dads arms, after he told her he loved her one last time. She struggled with cancer for a year and a half. We all thought she would recover. But she left us and is dancing in heaven with jesus now. She was my dads borrowed angel and did so much for him. She has influenced everyone she ever met and has left a print on their hearts for a life time. We will miss her....

@badbooks1 It's not that she's not good enough for heaven. She's here for a reason. You lost one daughter, but you still have a little girl to love. Tragic things happen to good people, made even more tragic when it's a baby or a small child who has never done an harm to anyone. You didn't lose her because she was better than the child who lived, which I'm sure you know. All kind and loving people are borrowed angels, but sometimes Heaven takes them back, and sometimes they stay. You had both.

every sunday, I think about my daughter, where she could be up there, wondering if she comes down to see her lil sister and play with her while I'm sleeping or something. This song alone to me puts it back in perspective for me, if not for my borrowed angel, I would not have what I got now, a family and a partner I would risk my all for, I am grateful for that.

@AshleyZoller I lost my daughter at 2mos old. That was back in 1993. This coming Dec.12 would be her 18th birthday. You never forget them. It gets easier to talk about, but the birthdays and holidays brings back all the heartaches of the loss and the anger of not having more memories!! I'm so sorry for your loss and hope you find strength and peace and just take life one day at a time and live each day as if it were your last!!
