Trust me on this! Do not! take sleeping pills on amnesia! Suffered it like 10 yrs and nothing worked. 1 hour bfore you want to sleep, take a pill for depression (valium or whatever you guys have there) BOOM! hole week of good sleep! Stay active through your spare time! Sleeping pills knock you out. Pills for depression gives you a warm and peaceful feeling and does'nt cause addiction!! If you're like me who is kept awake by thoughts, you really should try this!

I think people see things in those videos that you probably don't - the wackiness, spontaneity, facial expressions, hand gestures, phrases, etc. And you looked stunning too. You're probably bored because you don't have much that actually challenges and interests you. I believe the best way to handle this is to read something that takes a little brain power to get into. You could read about, e.g., quantum mechanics, or just anything that you don't know about. That's what I have done, and now I have a fairly large knowledge of stuff that is completely useless. Even so, I'm not as bored as I was, and I have grown quite a few dendrites in the process.
