@CNFanLDE I'd be willing to bet that the original Japanese dub kept the original ending. Frankly though I don't think too many American kids would have been upset or scarred for life to know that the wicked stepmother actually died.

@buzzed225 - Yeah, 01:27. Friggin' Baphomet. the "Turmoil in the Toybox" author would've had a field day, lol... I used to watch this show on Nick Jr when I was like, 8 or 9 and it was pretty creepy. The Japanese sure made dark ass cartoons. I remember another one, don't remember the title of the ep, but it involved a basement or celler that had another dimension or something where a demon was trapping princesses. Wish this stuff was on DVD, I'd totally buy it... so much nostalgic memories.
