  • Dude ur jumper is sweet, are u on a team

  • Shit i wanna live where you live. Brownsville Tx aint the place to live if you wanna be poppin 3s. Windy like a mother fucker over here

  • nice man

  • i practice 500 shots 100 three pointer 600 layups 200 drive ins every 3 days

and i also dribble for an 1 hour straight everyday

  • @jordarr4332 cool story bro...

  • @SheetyWawk dude its like the same thing as making 10 free throws in a row. its not impressive cuz its the same shot all the time.

  • nice stroke

  • u rock dude!! gr8 skillz..

  • Nice form.

  • try shoot from the sides.

  • its not that impressive if you shoot from the same spot everytime

  • @askb24 It is if he can consistently make it from there.

  • dang dude. keep up the good work. i wish i can shoot like that.

  • Take that j shot straight to the garden

  • aint that good i made 8 in the row .

  • nice shooting man so impressive maybe better than ray allen? hahaha

  • Great man ! you have what it takes to join a big team !

  • Next Ray Allen

  • dude your an amazing shooter:)

  • great shooter

  • i dont think ive ever made that many 3s in a row and i been shootin 100 everyday for the last six months

  • You got a crush on the top of the key. ;-)

  • fuk everbodii on youtube....u guezz suck asz cracker and cammal dick:)

  • stevepliu, this video reminds me of why I began to play basketball. in addition to every one of the dunks. If you cannot dunk yet, you definitely have to begin training. I definitely recommend you take a look at the one I'm using - 50-inch-vertical(dot)com - Im 5'9 not to mention I am able to dunk!

  • I don't get why people hate on you! Oh ur jump shot is bad he doesn't shoot like an NBA player. ur all wrong , he has a good release and heard of Shawn Marion. Keep working hard man!

  • damn nice, your form looks a bit like arenas'

  • your wet!

  • clutch

  • Wow Great Shooting

  • his jumpshots are sucked don' look like NBA player!

  • @Coptersa007 wtf r u on about you cunt?

  • @Coptersa007 doesnt have to look like one to be good

  • you don't afraid to be black!

  • how tall r u?

  • your really awsome!!

  • Your a good shooter but you need to not

just shoot at the top of the key and try a

move and shoot of the dribble

  • how come u not in the big leagues

  • Perfect form

  • SHOOT LIKE RAY ALLEN!

  • wow ray allen

  • NICE FORM. Just one Q do you use ur off (left) hand at all to push the ball or not? could you like make another vid but showing your back cuz i really want 2 see how ur form looks like from behind.

  • @AshGhiassi1 brooo, never use your off hand to actually shoot, you should be able to shoot without it (from a reasonable range) Only use the off hand to keep yourself balanced, to guide your shot and to have a solid grip on the ball

  • @ShietEverywhere he only uses 1 hand u idiot, nd what r u a pro player to b giving him advice?

  • @gggman15 lmao people like you make me laugh. The advice i just said can be used for anyone, he asked if he used his left hand to "push" the ball, i said that was incorrect, any coach with half a brain will say that. And yeah i think im pretty decent with giving advice so thank you for your input, however it just made you look like a dumbass :S

  • shot looks good, and as far as your form being wrong, just remember the old shooters mantra "if it's not broken, don't fix it"

  • ok u did great but u didnt impress me because u only shot at the top of the key.. i mean any guard could do that

  • why do people have to hate? from what i see, your form is pretty damn good, and the results prove it. i wouldve liked to see some variety of 3 points, rather that just from the same spot, maybe hit some corners or something. but like i said, pretty great shot. better than mine for sure.

  • i think your shooting form is nice,

keep using it as the ball gets in=)

  • what is your height?

    nice shooting btw

  • great streak but thing is u did it from ur sweetspot, if u had sunk those shots from different positions then u can talk. i know this cus like most ppl i got my sweetspot too, i can 5 in a row from a certain place but miss 5 in a row from other ones.

  • Man you shouldn't be asking people for form advice, your shot goes in, you seem like you'd be a good shooter when you're open. Stick with your form and keep shooting, you don't need any help. Good work.

  • stevepliu seriously if I, can dunk, then anyone can, I'm merely 5'7 no joke! Just simply follow a real system like the one I'm following 50inch vertical[dot]com, it'll raise your jump/rebounding and your first step in basketball.

  • when you go left don't do the two steps after one extra step, just do right and then left foot

  • That shot is just alright. If your comfortable on that then you don't need to learn new form of shooting.

  • Someone plz put a body on that.

  • it all matters if the ball can go in

  • Hi, I shoot a lot like you on terms of form, also your other video, you set shots, and even my accuracy is alike. Obviously these videos were in the past, so I am assuming you got better at shooting. Got any tips?

  • Very nice stroke. Your form reminds me of Ray Allen's shot.

  • and if you want to shoot quicker, its usually not how fast your motion is, but the extra motion you have in your shot like dipping down. most quick forms arent quick, they just have not alot of extra motion. also, imagine yourself actually shooting quicker

  • bro theres 2 nessecary thing to shooting, and you have them. theyre balance and release, the rest of it like shooting above your head or jumping higher is good, but its for each shooter to decide. nice shooting

  • Your form isn't perfect, but its good ( but its like the way you shoot, you could easily get rejected because you release the ball to late ) & im not saying my form is perfect, so dont go saying that im think that im perfect

  • Form...Form?!?!!...Dude if the ball goes in the hoop, I would say the form was successful?

  • you have a smooth form

  • u like that top of the key eh

  • mad wet

  • awesome

  • dang man im shit at 3's my forms shit i release the ball 2 late all the time.but im a killa from the inside

  • wow u have awesome form. if i try to hang like that in the air with my shots it gets really uncomfortable for me

  • pure shooter

  • awesome form there (:

  • nice shooting but to get even better check out the pro shot system by paul hoover and ull be a 5 times better shooter trust me

  • lol shut up... i hope you use it soo you would see what it does to you in the future.

  • woow coming form a 10 year old

  • It's looking great man, great shooter, but if I could add a little piece of advice, you need to learn how to shoot the ball by jumping with your right foot first, then left. You always go left-right. It's obviously working of course, but once you make one dribble to the left and pull up, you're gonna need to jump right foot first and left second. I think it wouldn't be difficult to learn, 'cause you're a great shooter. It could increase your game bigtime!

  • waw

  • Couple of words to say. WOW! Second of all. I wish i was that good. :D

  • Nice shooter

  • it's great! and nice court to yourself.

  • haha u misd 1 naw im jus playin good job

  • Nice shots. You release the ball kinda low but since u jump high when u shoot it shouldnt be a problem. Keep playing

  • sweet 3 pt. shooting. keep it up!

  • OMG! I visited our college and found out that the three point line is now 22 feet, 2 inches! the one used in here is like around 19 feet right?

  • Good shooting man, its fortunate you got a really good court to practice on, best place to hit the 3 balls from is in my opinion the left side elbow, hit 10 in a row from there and u can do it from anywhere else.

  • You're lucky, you got quality hoops at your park, even a net, lol.

  • damn. hella good.

  • U only shot from the top of the key

  • The best side of the court to practice threes is in and near the baselines. its quite easy to shoot from the middle but the first time i played SG (i usually play PG) i found it hard to shoot in the baselines but once i got used to it my percentage started to increase and now i can prolly shoot around 35% in games.

  • and oh, by 35% i mean the 3pt shooting percentage.

  • Nice shooting. But could you do that in a game?

  • hey, nice threes there ;)

however i think it wud be best if u adjust the form

    rather than snapping the elbows

it's better to push the elbows up and swinging, not pushing!

ah anyways, good job and keep practicin!

  • are you only going to hit the threes in one spot

  • hey, your a great shooter! do you play for any teams?

  • thanks. i just play in amateur leagues now.

  • @stevepliu wow you have a great jumper bro good elevation, footwork, and follow through beautiful form

  • @stevepliu wat park is this

  • @JFields4 this is kissena park in fresh meadows, NY

  • luv these cats who critisize..form is wrong?..he follows through has the goose neck....ball has rotation when it leaves his hand..wrist snaps...form is nearly perfect...his shots prove that

  • thanks.

  • i dunno but my coach said i was putting too much arc on my threes. is it bad?

  • same with fisher, its not bad

  • @stevepliu

You dont need to be askin that idiot for advice. your form is actually pretty good. and it goes in. dont listen to a dumass who doesnt know what hes talking about. Changing your form now could ruin u as a shooter.

  • always the same style and place. You could be more active and swift while shooting.

  • FAKE... just joking, pretty cool

  • WETTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

  • I really like this video, the court is sick, and the camera angle. wish they had a NBA 3 line painted that would be a perfect outdoor court

  • you're stepping wrong when you're going left. step right then left. watch better basketball better shooting

  • hrm, valid point. odd i do know that and didn't do it. i think it would be easier coming off a pass. not sure if i would take everything off better basketball though. some of those tips aren't the best.

  • nice shooting

    any tips? :D

  • thanks. as i once heard before "spread your fingers and snap your wrists"

  • TY!!! Your tips increased my shot %!!

  • sweet, do you have a vid to post? keep working hard dude.

  • sorry dude I'm not that kind of guy who likes to be on camera -____- and also i keep working harder everyday for this bball comp ^^

  • Now that's a shooter.

  • you pull your follow through to fast.

    but damn your a shooter

  • very sweet and smooth shot, it's just that it's not game situation stuff...

  • just a little bit higher, then everything is perfect =)

  • damn, that is a pretty shot

  • why don't you get out of your comfort zone and try something harder.

  • actually don't listen to what i wrote.

  • your sick dude

  • nice shots bro

  • you got a really nice J man!

  • the hell, u released at peak at like 1 and 2nd shot, but let it go when u were coming down the rest of the time??? That's what it looked like.

u'd probably get patted by sticky d'ers holding it that long.

  • great job draining them man, u make it look so easy

  • Hey, thanks for the video. I'm trying to work on my 3 point shots a lot. I'm not very consistent yet, but one thing I noticed is when you make your jump, you actually move forward a little bit. Sometimes I have trouble with not using enough strength behind my 3 pointers and I air-ball it. But maybe I should try pushing my body forward or something when I jump...if that makes any sense.

  • yea you should definitely be moving towards the rim a bit when you shoot. the momentum of your body will help your shot a lot. keep working on repeating that same motion and you'll develop consistency. good luck.

  • you have a really really nice jumper keep workin hard

  • no...dats incorrect, if u move forward on ur three point shot, it will put more pressure on urself wen theres defense, u need to generate the power of the shot from your legs, once u have the technique even a weakling can shoot threes

  • smooth

  • i think you jumped higher this time. :]

do you have a sweet spot?

    mine's from the right key.

jump to the highest point you can and than release, thats what my coach told me.

  • your coach is right. this time i'm working on jumpshots.

sweet spot is the left hand wing, 3 pt line. foul line extended.

  • nice shooting and very nice court too...keep practicing

  • your release isn slow, its enough fast, but i think you release the ball a bit late in the air, try out that you release the a bit earlier whe you neither go down, and nor go up...but your shot is very nice, you had good hands, you jump enough high, so congratulations

  • Think I've commented on this before but nice work. Try and increase your conditioning though, being a jumpshooter is all about repetition. When I go out and practice I do 300 3 pointers, 60 from each corner, each wing and the top of the arc and then work on shots sprinting off screens and off pick and roll situations. Your shot has better form than mine though, your release is a lot higher. Keep up the good work, try and do more reps though.

  • you're right dwill, you did comment before. thanks for the constructive criticism. that's a whole lot of shots you take during your practices. i haven't been working on the shot as much lately. maybe i can post a couple vids this summer. i've worked a bit on a quicker release if anything.

  • Well for what it's worth, I wouldn't worry about all these other people talking shit to you about your release being slow or whatever, you make up for it being slightly slow (I think it's just fine) by having it high and at the top of your jump, doesn't matter if the defense can react to it if they can't reach it. I think your high release is the best part of your jump shot.

  • wow

  • He was 8/9 [Last shot included].

    Great. [:

    Amazing Release.

  • nice form, looks alot like ray allens :)

  • WOW! very nice!

  • k guy u can not do better he was like 10 for 10

  • he is good but i wonder if he could do that when he's covered by a defence.

  • 2 things muscle memory easiest spot on the arc

  • your jump shot looks exactly like the jump shot of RAY ALLEN!!

  • i dont think, more like Rip maybe?

  • those shots are muscle memory

  • of course he doesn't

  • wow... nice job dude~...

how many do you shoot per day? O.o

  • i don't shoot every day anymore. i used to shoot around a couple hours every work out session, and would work out about 3x/week. nowadays, i'm lucky if i get a 2hr session in per week.

  • i could do better

  • tell u this much i woodnt leave u open for 3. i am a 3 baller myself but i really dont hit them wide open as much as i hit them coverd. i shoot about 80% from 3 and thts good considering ima PG.

  • see me on the court brother

  • haha, you know that's not going to happen. you made the challenge, then make the effort to come play. i'm game.

why am i not surprised there's no vid posted yet.

  • LMAO Dick head thats funny and what your doing. is the differnce between where ur trying to go and Where im already at College ball son just trying to help you prepare for whats coaces will use as traing. lol dick head that was funny

  • thanks but i didn't ask.

and how in the world do you know where i'm trying to go compared to where you're at? that's the most ignorant thing you can say by just watching me shoot a few 3's. if you play anything like how much you analyze a situation before saying something, you're more than likely a "college ball" bench warmer "son".

prove me wrong with a video, not another stupid comment.

  • Damn boy u got some fire in you huh. I just that you look young and if you a hooper chances are you might want to play ball in college but if you want vid lol I got a vid for you Bench warmer LMAO!

  • 1st of all, i don't see a vid posted.

2nd of all, again you open your mouth before knowing any facts or even thinking. i'm 29 years old and don't really care to play college ball at this point.

lastly, the only reason i have "fire" is because it amazes me how ignorant people and the comments they make before even thinking or knowing.

don't reply until a vid is posted.

  • I like that shot at 00:56 afetr it went in the car alarm went off

  • move around no 1 is going to let u have that open shot in the game

  • thanks coach. maybe you can get some NBA players to guard me while i practice my 3's for a better simulation.

i didn't really ask for advice dickhead. it's pretty obvious there's better simulations out there than what i'm doing. i'm just working on shots from the top of the key.

  • can anyone tell me how to improve range? i can NOT shoot from the 3 point line.

  • legs legs legs.

use your legs to get more power bend you knees more and push up harder. Also take a look at where your releasing, if its not at the top of your jump you should try to change that.

    nice video by the way

  • Yep, lot of people think it's their arms that have problem, but it's actually your posisiton that's in problem. Bend your knees, and push up when you are shooting hard! =Swish=

  • you should move your 3 points to leaue range to improve

  • good shots...but...not really good in quick release...

d way he shot can be easily block by any1...well...i can block him if he keeps shotting just like that every time...

  • good shots...but...not really good in quick release...

d way he shot can be easily block by any1...well...i can block him if he keeps shotting just like that every time...

  • Nice consistency.

  • Nice form, reminds me of Ray Allen

  • hell no lmao

  • nice.

  • Pretty Good Shooting

  • very nice, even nba players dont shoot 100%, u got a good court to practise on. My court is a piece of shit, whenever i do net shots, theres no net, so i have to chase it down a hill lol.

  • One final thing, if I may give some advice: Start using the one-two to set up your shot rather than the little hop. If you don't know what I mean, before all your shots you hop to set your feet. A lot of shooters prefer that to the one-two, which is a simple motion of setting one foot and then stepping into your shot with the other, because it feels more natural/balanced, but using the hop is usually a dead giveaway to defenders that you're about to rise and fire. Just my two cents though.

  • You mean you want him to drop instead of hop to make defenders unaware of his shot. :)

  • And/or with a couple hundred people screaming from the stands that you suck. Good luck with your career though or w/e, it looks like it has potential.

  • YEah. Your shooting looks great man, very nice form, the high release point is very good.

But like someone said, the golden question is can you do that with a hand in your face.

  • dude makes like all the shots accept foro ne and ppl still talk shit

  • It seems like your elbows are parallel to the ground when you shoot. Shouldn't they be slightly raised?

  • don't believe none of that shit, i shoot the way i feel comfortable, they tried to make me shoot different, but i staretd shooting 20% instead of my normal 82%.

  • Get off the top of the arc, move to the baseline or something. Your release is delayed and needs to be quicker.
