my message to people overweight, I know part of the reason being over weight is that you use food to help you handle your anger or depression, here's a little advice. working out is like the best stress/pain relieve there is...believe me, everytime i'm angry, depressed, i work out and my pain just leaves the body. try it out, every time your upset/angy go workout and don't open the fridge. look in the mirror and use that as motivation.
