Came across this band at Womad festival yesterday and they were fucking brilliant. Incredible vocals and lyricist, all round amazing sound, showing that playing fast music isn't everything. Also, John Bramwell is just so funny, great sense of humour. So I did a bit more research on the band and saw that they made like 5 albums. This has to be THE most underated band I have ever come across! Only like 6500 likes on Facebook and the tent at Womad was barely half full. I just don't get this!

I was lucky enough to see Christopher Eccleston in an adaptation of Ibsen's A Doll's House playing Nils Krogstad. He was absolutely incredible.

The play was at the Donmar Warehouse, and being on the front row, a fair amount of spit came my way ha.. Didn't mind in the slightest though because his performance provoked so many emotions in me.. And he is just as good here, simply staring at the screen.

Aand if he does a video like this, he must have fairly good taste in music!

I don't know about everyone else, but his eyes just drew me in and held me there. He was able to send so much emotion through his stare and make you feel. For a pop video that contains a man staring at a screen for three minutes, this was probably the most enchanting video I have seen in a while. He is able to send emotion through the screen with every twitch of his mouth, every flicker of his eyes, every minuscule movement he makes. That is talent. Christopher is amazing.
