From the nothingness above... we're an isolated object of near nothing, only one, near something much stronger but distant--even more so; we're a bubble, a balloon floating out that gets even further away from the something of many by our exploding-pushes.
jcspider, awesome video. i have been loving astronomy for...... can´t renember. do you know where i can find this song without having to make an account for it or pay for it?? or maybe could you send me this song if you posses the file? thanks m8
It's throat singing. one person making multiple voices (two and sometimes three). With lots of psychedelic effects added. Those who say don't know and those who know don't say........
Thank you! I hope you are having a good summer in Poland. My friend is on a 2-month bicycle treck from St. Petersburg down the coast of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, then down through Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey (ending in Istanbul).
Well, if you mean hot and sunny days then yes, this summer is good here :-) And the bicycle trip sounds awesome, but I'm afraid Poland isn't very cyclists-friendly place..
I am glad these images touched you. Thanks to the brilliance of a bunch of scientists and the Hubble Space Telescope, we can see these INCREDIBLE images from deep in space.
Hello, piinkpandahh69. Glad you enjoyed the images. By "abo music", I guess you mean aboriginal. The track used for this piece is by Inlakesh (see credits). Their music is inspired by ceremonial music from around the world, including Tibetan communities. Your way of expressing a dissenting opinion about the music is somewhat unusual. I gather you don't like the sound of the didgeridoo. Maybe you feel you hear too much of it down there in Australia.
It's the kind of video that I would enjoy showing a group of friends. Good to put life into perspective in terms of just how small we really are. I've got 24/7 access to some projectors, and a youtube rip just would lose the effect i think. Would be nice to impress with good quality :)
Hello to you down under, samb0rg. Hope you are wintering well. Thank you for watching and for your positive comment. Regarding additional access, how is it that you would use the piece? Thank you.
Thank you for watching, Bill. When I get caught up in my own minutiae of "misere", I remind myself of the bigger picture, which really is the bigger picture. Then I chuckle and am calm once again.
Thank you very much. I appreciate that you watched it. Thank goodness there is more to think about than our own small planet, as beautiful as it is. Perspective can only improve our behavior as a species.

Thank you for watching. Being in Denmark, I think you do not have any dark this time of year, only a few hours of twilight?

Great video. Any chance of a link to the original, or a possibility of a 1080p/i verson?
