I think this is horribly cruel, especially after the recent tragedy in Japan. People are still in shock, and I believe all those people ran because they assumed it was another Tsunami or Earthquake. I can't believe the Japanese are still doing stupid pranks like this so soon after the tragedy. Not funny.

@SlangLargeAmounts You idiot. By the quality of this video, it's obvious it was shot on a cellphone camera. Note the pixels ain't that great. It couldn't have been 10 ago because cameras on Cellphones were very primative back then. I'd say this was just filmed a few years ago.
