That NAV2009 didn't detect everything is another thing. I don't expect an AM product to detect *everything* as that simply doesn't exist. Every product will find something the other misses. The solution? Layered defense. Could even include some type of Sandbox to be really tight. Together with a strong AV, that's, incl. powerful heuristics, it's a very solid setup. This guy SERIOUSLY needs to get the facts. Even Matt Rizos don't know all the facts about specifical security software.

Is he completely retarded? 1. It's NAV2009 2. Norton 360 is always behind with the technology as it's released later compared to NIS and NAV. 3. He said it only detected tracking cookies. That was the items it detected as low-risks that you decide about yourself. Total detected the first scan (Quick Scan), was 2, 1 tracking cookie, and one high-risk which was removed automatically since it was. 4. He continues to think that's it! Very unprofessional. Sounds like a german accent or something...
