Second, I would work drill pie ferma attacks, then taking the steponce your weight is fully forward. Currently you are lifting and hopping on the lunge (see 2:10). It will also save you from taking the extra step at 3:00 and you can start at the pass.
I like it as a first video, though if you are doing it for commentary, I recommend tighter pants and loosing the cloak and sash. There are too many spots that I can't make out the footwork well enough.
My first two initial recommendations are to drop the arm slightly in your guard, so that the elbow is at the same height as the bottom of your ribs.
