It was because of his back injury and the accumulated knee injuries that he had to go easy on the weights nowadays. He's more of a cardio guy when working out in the gym. And for his age, I'm beyond impressed that HBK can STILL go an extra mile and wrestle for an hour (remembers HBK vs Cena Wrestlemania re-match in 2007's Raw in UK).
