the moderator is wrong, this aircraft, called the Salamander, was designed and build within 3 months. Built of non-strategic materiels like plywood it was to be very simple to enable teenage boys with gliding experience to operate this aircraft. A prototype actually flew in early 1945.

I don't think this is the Heinkel plane. It had a conventional cockpit arrangement and straight vertical tails, the plane in the video has a glazed nose and crescent vertical tails. Those are the features of Henschel Hs-132 dive bomber / interceptor plane, which never got to flight testing.
