I don't think this is the Heinkel plane. It had a conventional cockpit arrangement and straight vertical tails, the plane in the video has a glazed nose and crescent vertical tails. Those are the features of Henschel Hs-132 dive bomber / interceptor plane, which never got to flight testing.
Great idea controlling such a big and expensive airplane with that old and dusty transmitter, sigh....
