It's really expensive, I think, and more tailored to institutional acquisition. Your best bet would be to contact your nearest university library, and see if they have it. Here, in Britain, we have access to most good university libraries; I'd like to think the same applies elsewhere. There's a web site also, so check that out. If you have trouble searching for it, I'll PM you with a link.
