In all seriousness, he is actually good. I'm glad this show managed to have at least one genuinely proficient performer. On a lighter note, I love the hitchkick into the layout @ 0:56-57 - it's so 80's!
@smillie4196 He was nominated, but didn't win. Matthew Bourne won that year for Swan Lake. Ciulla was also in the original broadway cast of Starlight Express.
The oily house plants and the wobbly wicker screen truly evoke the sense of struggle a dancer experiences as he reaches for the stars. Oh, what a feeling.
I would also like to draw attention to the fact that I do believe Anthony Ciulla and A.C Ciulla (Emmy award winning and Tony award nomminated choreographer)are the same person.
reminds me of Cats!

Man, I used to have to do the stretches in gym class while the weirdo coach guy played this song. He made sure we heard it too.

He managed not to run into the walls, and that took some careful dancing!

He ended up actually making it.. He won a Tony for Footloose...

He's the best dancer I've seen on these vids so far. I'll hold my snark for this one.

He rocks! He's good!

This guy went on to be nominated for a Tony award for choreographing Broadway's Footloose. (I looked him up!)

Don't be fooled. That's not a video effect. Anthony is merely kicking the radioactive stink out of the Stairway To Stardom 30-year-old rug.

To my knowledge, this is one of only two talented, trained performers on this show. No fun to comment on.

OH! 80's Jazz, completely with a split roll at the beginning. No wonder dancers everywhere pretend the 80's never happened.

@sacremende: right! LOL He'll never make the Rockettes
