Well, there are some English sites that ship to Europe. Have you tried J-List? My experience with them has been a good one. And also, if for whatever reason you visit Los Angeles, there's Little Tokyo there. They've got lots of stuff and it's sold cheaper than you'd think, to the point where you wonder if they make a profit, considering they have to bring the products from Japan...
