  • Would Dick's Sporting Goods be a good store to be inexpensive Rollerblades (Rubber wheels)?

  • i taught myself how to skate. it was quite difficult. these videos have helped me advance my skating even more

  • Really helped thank :)

  • Thank you for this video; my goal this year is to learn how to roller blade. It looks like a lot of fun. :)

  • Rollerblading is painful. I started today and fell 6 times. :(

    I blame my brother.

  • I started yesterday!! I can roller blades now but the sad part is that I fall backwards then I broke my right arm =( it hurts

  • it helps a lot!!!

  • i can stand straight perfectly

  • i started yesterday and for some reason now im a pro at rollerblading

  • There was a bird flying in the background and i never toke my eyes off it x'3

  • I never could rollerblade. So i gave up. Then i learned all by myself ^-^.

  • Thank u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i know how to ice skate and it was really unexpectedly easy! when i tried to rollerblade, thinking it was easier.... well i turned out to be wrong.... xD

  • which is easier? iceskating or rollerblading?

  • i am a really good ice-skater but i am really really scared in roller blades because i can fall real bad and its winter so i am pretty scared of getting hurt ! and my dad says that he'll buy me a helmet or the knee pads after a weak or 2 so in that time how do i survive and to tell u i have started using roller blades 1 weak earlier but i go really slow

  • I like this :)

  • Isn't ice skating and rollerblading very similar?

  • @JazzyFknBear some people say yes but i can rollerblade a lot better than I can ice skate

  • OH.... lol I feel like a dingbat now... I've been standing up straight and almost broke my knee...

  • 16 people r pro in rollerblading ...

  • Very helpful , thankyou !

  • I started yestarday and im getting good at it but I still suck

  • I can balance fine, but the foreward motion was a problem, that was until you helped me. Thanks :)

  • thanks soooo much!!! you helped me a lot...from greece many kisses

  • ... much better than expert village : D

  • The hardest thing about rollerblading is telling your parents you're gay

  • Wow. Inline skating is easier said than done. I find it really hard to balance even when i've keep trying. Mastering it will not happen in a few mere lessons, but rather through continuous training.

  • @billyandika3158 roller skating is easier to due added balance. I recommend you start with that.

  • I'm going to learn rollerblading soon and this vid was a great way to start, thanks!

  • what about on jickity janked sidewalks that go waaay up then waaay down and on weird angles?

  • "Find your local shop, find your local coach, find a course" Why everything is oriented towards money come on!

  • I figure since I never see any fat people on rollerblades, maybe they know something I don't. Plus, someone stole my bike last night and this is something I've been contemplating for months - so I'll give it a try.

  • glidding in your kitchen floor is easier

  • I just started rollerblading today and I suck at it... This video helps a lot!

  • @Allegrajell0 I begin adapting when i didn't know how to roller skate in skate day care center, I was having fun when i was younger.

  • @Allegrajell0 I started yesterday and made nooooooo progress ;)

  • koi biasa dah main menatang nii.....

  • @sas5593 buat macam senang je.

  • I need ABS For This

  • hey check out my channel. Subscribe, rate, and let me know what you think. I need it thanks man. Keep it up you doing awesome. I am trying really hard to get to 1,000,000 views and subscribers.

  • thanks i just needed to know the basic movements like this im better now :)

  • @AWYERVEVO shut up dude he can do whatever he wants. hes gonna be laughing at you when you fall and split your head open

  • I don't think there's a rink in Singapore....yet i trained at a carpark and i can go fast....and i'm 13.

  • LILoReeooXD you broke your leg i learn how to roller blade without anyones help when i was younger

  • COOL

  • Honestly, inline skating is something that's completely not popular. My town has neither a rink, nor a shop.

  • @BullshitsMike thats because the skateboarders kicked them out of the x games there fore it became pretty much an underground sport

  • @BullshitsMike yeah, america's not big on it. europe is, though.

  • @BullshitsMike popularity only matters to those who dont have it anymore. ;)

  • excellent videos, thanks so much!

  • i tried to follow his steps last week, i broke ma leg.. i think rollerblading is not for me.. xD

  • thanks i learned a lot i am getting my roller blades in 30 days thanks

  • nice job!

  • Man don't wear NEVER bicycle helmet on rollerblades.

  • haha:)))...you suck

  • ok I'm a size 10 in regular shoe size, should i get a size 11 rollerblades?

  • @elsenciillo yes

  • i started skating 2 days ago but i dont have those kind of skates i got the fatty pro ones from k2 and i was wondering if anyone could help me with that,so far i know all basics but i couldnt find anyway to stop so i kinda found my own and most of the time it doesnt end well

  • COOL CHANNEL - THANKS FOR THE ROLLERSKATE VIDS !

  • great video great instructions i already know how to rollerblade but i still like to see how other people teach beginners. if you follow these instructions you will be a great rollerblader

  • i though youl do some backflips or souls

  • i just tried rollerblading this morning and it was an awesome an painful experience ever! i lost count how many times i fell. lolx.

  • Helmets are pointless when you're learning to rollerblade. You pretty much always land on your elbows, knees, and/or hands when you fall. Just get some knee and elbow pads if anything, and if you're worried about your wrists get wrist guards.

  • @GenoClown but you never know whats gonna happen. How would you know the future? Maybe you're going to rollerblade and suddnely you do flip and fall on your head? .........you....never........know..............the.........future......

  • Nice video but helmet and pads...unnessicary dude do you honestly normally wear them?

  • Hey, thanks! and good job! Keep it up!

  • @anime1club have you ever fallen hard before without a helmet? people may have a hard head, but when you smack your head on the ground and scrap off the skin on one side of your face, resulting in scaring and about 21 stitches across your forehead, you'll think twice about how funny it is to wear protective gear...

  • olha q massa beim legal

  • thanx a lot buddy..i am having a problem in moving forword

  • thank you

  • I will do as you tell.

  • Hahaha

  • I learned to ice skate before trying rollerblading. Its a really easy transition...

  • lolz

  • hahahahahahhaa, plastic wheels...

  • Get a life dude!

  • Very Helpful !!

  • good work man! =)

  • awesome!

  • Thanks man, Helped me allot x

  • Practice on the ice first, falling hurts less, well it actually hurts more, but you don't get cut up.

  • thank god my uncle taught me how when i was like seven so it comes easy to me. ice skating on the other hand is a different story

  • Which do you think would be better for skating on the road, sidewalk, etc.? In-line skates or rollerskates?

  • @GodzillaHeisei inline skates are most definately better for this situation. first, roller skates have wide wheels and if you hit a piece of gravel, or even a good sized crack, it will stop your skates almost immediately (inline are thinner and harder to hit things like thi, although it is possible). second, most roller skates are designed for use indoors only. the wheels are generally harder (unless they are plastic) and have less grip outdoors.

  • Im better at that then skating i can do a melon on skates its hard cuz the skastes are heavy

  • Thank you for making these videos. I live in an area with no inline instructors. These are very helpful.

  • @hellosakura99 It feels horrible when little kids are 100x better than you.. and im 18.. probably the oldest person there lol.

  • thanks Patrick this video is helpful

  • guys id really appreciate a serious answer...

im 19 years old did never inline skate/rollerblade but id really like to know.

actually id like to get to aggressive but i think it might already be too late. ofc i dont wanna be pro.

however what do you think,do i have any chance and are those videos really helpful?

  • @NessGr Down at my local park there are quite a few guys 40+ so yeah all ages welcome^^

  • @NessGr Never to late bro, just go for it. As long as your having fun, nothing else really matters. Videos are all well and good, but nothing beats actually time on your skates.

  • Hey, thanks! Great tips! My skating teacher told me that skaters use roller-blades in the summer to keep up their skating practice, and I can see why - after watching your video, I can certainly see similarities.

Does anyone know about bike helmets vs skating helmets? Is it a really bad idea to just wear my bike helmet? I really don't have any extra cash sitting around for another helmet - I just paid a bunch for a good bike helmet :-)

  • Nice Job, thanks Dude!

  • You're my new BEST FRIEND!!! And I mean it =)

  • This is really helpful for a true beginner, thanks for posting it.

  • excellent video, exactly what i was looking for, and needed. :)

  • This actually helped Thank You

  • I only use helmet and wristguards

  • whats the hardest part about rollerblading? telling everyone you know that you're gay!

  • i wanna learn how to rollerskate but im scared i look like an idiot with all those paddings + helmet

  • @nao1163 the salesman at the store said he didn't buy any protective gear. I asked how he learned.. He said he was just dumb and broke his bones till he got better at it.

  • thank you for this video, much better than expertvillage!

  • @CDEagles1552 chyeah, really. Its friggin hard irl

  • Thanks so much :)

  • aggressive skating for life

  • oh wow, is there somethin u can call the way i stand cause when he said have ur feet out at a 45 degree angle thats how my stance is naturaly formed like they point outward 24-7 lmao thats why skatings a bit easyer 4 me

  • The first time you puch, you'll proberly brake your legs in the fall.

  • i can t wait to get my skates. Just ordered them ^^

  • i just started speed skating, trying to decide whether to do it on ice or at a rink or not

  • I tried for the first time yesterday, my friends were terrible at giving instructions. I didnt learn shit.

  • @Krieger91 I think other people can help you, but cant teach you, i say, rollerblade its something you get with practice and falling a little =D

  • @Krieger91 ,you should contact me i Rollerblade since i was 5 1/2 and im great ,send me msg

  • thanks i needed to loose some weight and this helped

  • this guy sux he should tell us that put one leg in a about 50 degree angle and then glide u also need a bit of motion

  • i aggressive skate

  • me 2

  • me 3

  • hey.. this is different from wat expert village taught

  • @solutionsplease expert village's video's are nothing of use they dont even teach how to rollerblade correctly

  • wow you are a retard who obviously can't skate or hasn't tried skating

in order to do a two foot forward glide you will need some physical momentum

so you take one step then glide

but to practice this you must take baby steps

  • Wow this is pretty cool and helpful, thanks for sharing ^_^

  • Thanks,,,this video help me a lot.

  • Why are American people so nasty to each other?

The guy's doing a nice thing, trying to help ppl he doesn't even know, say thank you you rude a**.

Thanks dude! It really helped, I'm gonna check all your vids now xx

  • don't worry, he's not american. By his nickname it's probably romanian. Question for the americans: where the heck is that?

  • I agree with you

  • @dangerousperfection1 lol cuz its the land of the free and the home of the flamer...

  • Simply because they're too ignorant to own up to it, they feel they know everything when they have no effing clue. They'll be the falling bunch and we'll be the skating bunch. Simple as that. Forget the douchebags.

  • @dangerousperfection1 welcome to the internet, people are much more prone to being rude when its to someone that they will probably never meet

  • @pyroboy08 best comment iv ever heard in my life........so far

  • @pyroboy08 shut the fuck up faggot

  • @dangerousperfection1 We aren't all bad.

  • @dangerousperfection1

    couldn't agree more mate
