The first is from Tales of the Tempest and the other two are from Tales of Innocence.

Both games are from the DS and never got shiped out of Japan.

If you want to play them, I suggest play the patched version of innocence cause Tempest, honestly, sucks(except for the music)

Senel's Hi-Ougi isn't a Hi-Ougi. It's his ultimate throw technique which works against all opponents except for the final boss in Tales of Legendia, damn Schwartz....

I guess so. I mean Cless never had Dark Blade before, his strongest and ultimate attack was called Teleport/Lunge. Mint never had that many attack spells only Piko Piko Hammer/Pow Hammer and some sort of light spell. But still I wish producers made Hi-Ougis sooner rather than later. It makes things complicated sometimes when they don't put a heads-up on things.

every time tales team tries somethng new on their games (for example new console or new system completely different or separated from the basic one) it's a failiure..examples?

Tales of the tempest for DS (the first ds project), after that they made innocence (a decent game) and hearts (the best one)

tales of the world radiant mythology (psp) just a failiure...then they made Mythology 2 and they improved a lot of things...

Tales fans have been waiting so long for a Tales fighting game and we're given...this. -.- Namco really needs to get their shit together. It looks like they barely put any effort into making this. The animation is stiff, the remixed music is sub par, and all cut scenes play out in fucking skit format. Seriously?!! If this is Namco's response to Dissidia then wow. -.- And what the FUCK happened to Richter's hi-ougi? I know that they can't fit in the original but...JESUS MOTHERFUCKING CHRIST!
