they are juste enumerating a bunch of prefecture of japan with their main cities and food speciality, as the teacher ask them to remember all japan prefecture before they can go home.

it goes like this:

For Hokkaido, its Sapporo with (Sapporo ramen)

Then Aomori, Akita and Morioka of Iwate (with Wonka Soba)

For Fukushima Yamagata Miyagi its Sendai (with Sasakama)

Then Mito in Ibaraki and next for Tochigi its Utsunomiya (Shimo tsukare)

etc.....
