How much weight can the retractor hold before it extends out? I'd like to attach a cell phone to it.

One of the biggest hassles on holiday is when you have multiple keys for you're rental car & hotel room & you have a constant worry about whether you have got them on you always as hotel rooms always lock you out at the worst moment. This is so useful for people on the go all the time on vacation
