I just purchased a Smart Living steam mop yesterday at my county fair. Used it a bit ago to clean my laminate floors. Wow! What a great job it did...no streaks and it dried very quickly. I am going to clean my microfiber furniture next but have a couple of questions: do I use the glider with it for that? And, this may seem like a silly question, but it doens't make any difference if the mop is wet or dry to begin job does it? Thanks!

Purchased a SmartLiving steam mop a few months ago and I really do love it.
However, I was using it 2 days ago and heard a loud pop - it no longer works as well as it used to.
Where can I get it fixed?
I am looking for a new steam mop to replace this one.
