That is not what the drafters had in mind when drafting amendment. The rights to bear arms is common sense in the 18th century not today. Those with legit reasons are exempt however those with cowboy gunfighting ambitions are not logical or rational reasons.

That is not what the drafters had in mind when drafting amendment. The rights to bear arms is common sense in the 18th century not today. Those with legit reasons are exempt however those with cowboy gunfighting ambitions are not logical or rational reasons.

@ChowieBear Our National Debt stands at 13.7 TRILLION dollars, unfunded liabilities already stand at 111 TRILLION dollars. Your kind of thinking has racked up these monstrous figures. Universal Health Care is neither Constitutional nor payable in any conceivable way. It is simply not possible, nor are we, as a society, liable for it. The only thing we have bought with these fantastic sums are counter-culture slums full of crime and drugs.

Because the electrons naturally fall into a minimum energy quanta state where they occupy precisely defined orbitals. Not to say that the loci of a particular electron does not occasionally fall into the nucleus where it is converted into an proton or neutron.

@ChowieBear As for your claims of me being "wiped out financially" by illness, I have medical insurance through my job and my wife''s job, and we both have catastrophic coverage that we pay for out of our own pockets. It's called a free market solution. Maybe you can have an original thought that is not a PC Socialistic one sometime. (Maybe Santa Claus is real, too). @nomadiam75 Furthermore, after a year-long recuperation and much physical therapy and learning how to walk all over again, I lived in a tent in the local state park for 2 years - including through brutal New England winters, so I could afford to pay my debts and go to college as well. I never received food stamps or any other form of welfare. I supplemented my protein intake by hunting. You should be careful who you insult. I was once a homeless person your ilk shows such "compassion" for.
