@ krezzykress John Wiedeman is definitely the best, but not so much for Tim Saunders. John Wiedeman is more dramatic, and you can tell the excitement in his voice when it's in the net. You can tell his voice gets louder as the Hawks get scoring chances, and you can hear everything he's saying.

I think John Wiedeman in CHI and Tim Saunders in PHI are two of the very top radio play by play announcers in the NHL.

@whitethronebooks Pat Foley wasn't broadcasting the game, since he is the TV announcer, and the game was nationally telivised

@sjsharks678 He does however have a call available for this play as he recorded one for the Blackhawks Convention. His version is the best of course because his is with him knowing it went in instantly. I think Foley would've known if he called it live as he would've known as soon as he saw Kaner's arms fly up.

@sjsharks678 There is a version of Pat Foley calling this clip. They used it at the Blackhawks convention later that summer. It was after the fact and done just because Hawks fans demanded that they hear Foley make a call of the game winning goal.

I love how the Philly announcer is the only one who actually calls it a goal at first and everyone else thought Leighton stopped it.
