it really is..the leval of fitness you have to obtain just to ride is alot by normal sprt standards like say soccer or basketball..its not just some sport you really have to make a lifestyle commitment to it to be any good and most people just dont have that sort of determination in them and some wouldnt want to because i think you need to be OCD to a degree as well..ive done it and come home many times nearly in tears because i was so fkin sore i could barely walk but when you ride well....

And when your out in the middle of know where, hell on earth. The first month I started riding, I'd get home, washed & 2 minutes later I would be KO'd, flat out on the bed for the rest of the day. Its all about dediction, determination, repetition, day in day out...
