It is very hard even now being out in the world and trying to hang on to one's Catholic Faith...i am assaulted constantly with immoral talk and corrupt behavoir.

I think also of a quote from St. Norbert, O Priests, Take care lest what was said to Christ on the cross be said of you, "He saved others, himself he could not save".We need priest and bishops with backbones, not spineless jellyfish. We need to pray for an out pouring of the Holy Spirit . The Catholic Church needs a good housecleaning and I believe Pope Benedict is going to do it, with God's help.
Thank God for 'young' people like you!!! I'm 70 yrs old & it has been a huge cross, but thanks to God's Grace, I've survived the attempt to destroy our Church for the past 30-40 yrs. However, things are speeding up &, the 'veil' between our world & the spiritual world grows thinner every day. Still, those who have refused the Gift of Faith laugh & play. However, there is a strong sense of "Frantic" in everything they do. I posted a similar "warning" on my Facebook profile page. Told I'm neg!

Athiests and homosexuals have taken over society at large while we have stood by and done nothing. God bless Pope Benedict. Michael, just look at "the Islamisation" that is happening in Europe...even in Rome...the authorities block hundreds of streets for "them" to pray in masses. I am beggining to get concern with all of this. I just can't believe how things are evolving and I am getting a bit worried. I now exactly what Padre Benedetto is talking about...is going to happen so fast...I can feel it comming...
50 years of Ecumenism has brought nothing. There are more than 38.000 denominations and sects, each with their own interpretation of an incomplete adultered bible. Each with their own directives. Blasfeming against Our Blessed Queen Mother Mary, The Holy Sacraments and The Sacramentals. They even call us the sit of the antichrist. Enough is enough. We should concentrate in bringing back and educate through a new evangelization all the millions of Catholics who have left The True Faith.
@AtomicMonster559 On the contrary you should've had many kids and taught them the true catholic ways. Who knows maybe one of them would lead the fight to go back to the true good old ways. It is in large numbers that these changes can be brought about. Small numbers cannot do anything. So if you are capable of still having kids, please do so.

These are darkening times indeed. I have been trying to understand where and how it started. It is not just in the Church, although she has been silent for the most part.
In this country, I believe it is the progressive, marxist, left wing political situation.
They refuse to talk about Morality, personal responsibility, and good citizenship.
Freedom is one thing, but license is another.
I hear and read about so many young people not believing in God Himself.
Mr. Voris, again I think you hit the nail on the head when you point out the incompetency present within much of the Church. You make some very sobering points. Considering the importance in pointing out this darkness, I feel that many like myself are left with a very negative world view when watching these videos. Obviously these things are reality and we cannot escape them, but I struggle to stay joyful. We know God wins, but it is so difficult to be joyful when the world's future is at stake.
@radagast155 Try meditating on the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary. Also I would recommend trying to be of service to your neighbor as much as possible, it's what we're supposed to do but it also gives the added benefit of cheering you up :)
