the rv "stargate" of the cold war was a huge failure. it cost us millions of dollars for nothing. about 15% is correct. waste of time and scintific progress unless the continue to do clinical test on it

I agree but check out my "Is remote viewing a dark art?" and see how a lady picked up on a child being abused and what the government did once she reported it...I agree Russell is a great guy but still we all need to be more aware of this science

It can but snooping on politicians can get you in trouble instead of something negative try focusing on postive things that you can help do good,other people can remote view you too,they are checks and balances but it gives an unlimited amount of freedom,Russel Targ doctor and a he is a very smart man!

I don't remote view people but I believe it's good to remote view places and things that you can try to find but you can remote view people like me and they can remote view you,remote viewing is like being outside in public,you can see people and they can see you.

Well if they can remote view and you can remote view then you all can remote view each other,the government knows how to remote view but who wants to waste their time finding secret military weapons,use it to help yourself spiritualy and to do good for the world and you will see alot of blessings come your way,remote viewing can be of help but the greatest help is your relationship with GOD and the people you love,many lives can be saved,alot of preople can be helped,you can earn good money.
