I loved Badfinger and still do. This is not Badfinger. It would be like McCartney and Starr getting back and calling themselves the Beatles. A decent song, well performed but not Badfinger.

Such emotion and passion, especially fitting for the time it was recorded. It started out as a Pete Ham tribute, but eventually became even more prophetic to include Tom Evans and Badfinger as a band.

Not funny Joey Molland! "Tommy Ham & Peter Evans". People need to read the book on Badfinger. If you saw the garbage the Mollands have put forth with no accountability, and read what Mike Gibbins says in his online interview with "Sean", you might understand what Tom/Pete went through. Search.

Thanks so much for posting, this is such a moving performance by Bob. I am a huge Pete, Tommy and Bob fan and I've seen Bob on numerous occasions performing live with The Fortunes and he is still an outstanding musician. He also keeps the Badfinger memory very much alive during their shows.

I have never met Joey, and from what I have read and heard about him from those who have met him, I'm glad I haven't.

Sadly, I saw Joey play without Tom in later years and he was very dismissive of Tommy. Backstage he told a bunch of us the guy gave up and was essentially a loser. He said Pete was a talented guy but should have trusted his friends. I'm not sure what he meant. But to get insight on Badfinger read the book Without You The Tragic Story Of Badfinger. Bob Jackson sure had it rough, too. Wish I could have seen this done live at the time.

Every time I hear Bob's beautiful tribute to his friends, first Pete and then Tommy, it sends chills down my spine. The emotion in his voice in this performance is incredible. But then, Bob is a very caring person. After all he's been through, he still has a positive attitude, which I find inspiring.

Joey's introduction doesn't surprise me; he really is a callous b*****d.

I cannot hold back the tears as I watch Bob singing his remarkably moving tribute, soon after the tragic death of Tommy. I can feel the intensity of his voice as he remembers his 2 friends. The introduction by Joey with his heartless comments and laughter is unbelievable.

Whenever I start thinking I am too critical of Joey Molland, he manages to reaffirm my negative opinion of him. I seriously wonder where the man's heart is, or if he has one at all.

Nice song from Bob. He is one of the few associated with Badfinger who carries on respectfully.

Wow! This is a very moving song. Masterpiece Bob Jackson! Wish you'd taken over Badfinger. Joey Molland's intro of this is typical for him. Does he ever take anything seriously? Too bad cause he can rock as well as any old-timer.

Great! I saw this tour. It was a show with other sixties Brit acts and Badfinger rocked way harder than anyone else! This song was absolutely amazing and a few of us were asking Bob Jackson about the chance of releasing it after the show in the parking lot. We had no idea that Tom Evans was dead. I was hoping it would end up released one day. At least we have this video. Any more of this show available?
