That is not true I will give the perfect example.

Take the Missile defense shield drama.Europe opposes it(to please Russia) But if the US does build the missile shield Europe will construct a complimentary shield(to please the US)

I could go on in examples like Ukraine joining NATO.They don't say no(that would piss off the US) or yes(piss off Russia) they say definitely later.

I'm not Russian but i wanna tell one that western talk to Russia like that Gas belongs to them . I think Russia can shut down all gas to west and that's cant be any discussion. Ukraninia and the rest of EU can by it US i think they have a lot of gas .

Ukraine is not the only way to transit Russian gas to Europe. There is pipelines through Belorus and "Blue Stream" (Gasprom increased the volume of gas, since Ukraine became to steal gas), also building pipelines "North Stream" and "South Stream".

If Ukraine created this conflict in 2011, for example, that Russia sent all gas, that EU need through "Nord Stream", and there would not "political conflict" and blackmailing of Russia, which Ushenko trying to do.

It's better for Europeans to buy gas from Russia, not US because it's much cheaper. Same reason why Americans want to buy gas from Russia. Its cheaper to buy gas from Russia, then produce it's own in US.

This is great press-conference. I am not wonder that Ukrainian puppets did'n want to make such press-conferencies with journalists from all international sources, with absolutely open questions and true answers. Without any hidings and secrets.

European countries should buy supertankers from our country and import fuel via sea routes, as our country does. And intraeurope pipelines should be established to supply landlocked countries. Our construction companies can also help in such projects since they are the best. Our country doesn't rely at all on Russian fuel and this proved to be a very good thing.

Putin should be told:

1. Gas for $470. is based on cost of oil 9 month ago - which is the formula Europe agreed to in the past.

2. Based on todays oil pices Europe will pay approx. $250. in 5 month.

3. Ukraine is interested in gas price of today - based on todays oil prices.

It's pritty simple unless you use Putin-logic.
