Is that a one handed weapon which you swing and hit an enemy or does it fire magic?

in the corse of this video it is a 1 handed mace, but the actual staff is a,... staff... which you can enchant with whatever you want.

Does it shoot every single enchantment you give it, and what kind of enchantments can you give it?

It is just an unenchanted staff, just like an unenchanted sword, or bow, or whatever. All I did was make a custom model for a staff.
