  • i hate it when people brag like hell. im in 11th grade, and so it 2 of my other close cousins. we all workout out- so it is a tough competition among us. 1 of my cousin brags like hell! always talking about his pecs. he always wants people to feel his pecs just to show off. my other cousin, well i dont chill with him so i dont know how he is. but as for me, i just stay silent- pople know i go to the gym, and i only flex my muscles if they ask (eventhough i say no a few times)

  • Great video. I gotta try some of this stuff out, I am giving biceps my 100% fucking all, but I just am not feeling it the way I used to feel it. Any tips anyone ? I am starting to thinking my forearms are too weak in comparison to my biceps. I've tried really everything, using resistance bands, negatives, really slow and controlled, really fast powerful curls, I always tuck my elbows back and make sure they don't move, and my back is up right.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

  • @K3VIN552 Try a different type of workout. Not weightlifing, try sprints, pull ups, box jumps, etc. Stuff that shocks your body, might make you throw up. Your body's probably adapted to moving other objects for 10-12 reps or whatever, but you have to throw something at it that it can't handle.

  • @snikkkers Thank you, I usually don't "count" reps..I've tried taking a weight were I can curl it like 50 times each hand..and going really fast, that exhuasted the fuck out of them but I just didn't get that burn and the pump. I tried doing the usual 8-12 reps with a band on it, going slow on the way down. Gave my forearms a good pump. I will try pull ups and box jumps and so on. I honestly don't care if I throw up, I would actually be pumped if I threw up in the gym, thanks for the advice !

  • @K3VIN552 What he said. Try chin-ups on gymnastics rings. They allow you to pronate your arms so you can really focus in on the biceps. You can also use the rings to do a kind of "lying" biceps curl where you hold the rings with an underhand grip, lean back as far as you can (get up on your heels if you have to) and curl your body weight up.

    Or you can do what Greg Plitt tells you to do. His shit works! :-D

  • @K3VIN552 Sounds like you are focusing on your biceps but neglecting other bodyparts. Like someone mentioned, doing pullups and chinups will yield great growth for your arms(if you are able to do a few reps). But the reason why they will is because you your back will be the main muscle of that exercise. Thus, you need to focus on exercises that will allow you to use alot of weight that includes your arms (bench press, shoulder press, pullups, etc).
