@angryadrien It`s called "stage-fever". very common in people who are not used to stand in front of a camera or speak in public.

@Nonamed22 I've heard of "stage-fright" and I have it, too. However, this man is a high-ranking officer, so he should be very accostomed to speaking infront of others....he's a Colonel, not a freshman at high school

@Nonamed22 I wouldn`t worry. :) I have seen hig hranking officers stuttering in front of a camera.
Not everyone in a high rank is used to public speaking. Even some of the politicans in my country have that problem. Then again the politicians in my country are high ranking morons. :(
