Across several frames, the position of the Balloon is inconsistent relative to other objects in shot, but a great attempt. I've been trying this myself using after effects, it ain't easy to get it perfect.

Add a little random roll on the X or Z axes. Air currents would do more than just push a balloon horizontally.

Pretty good 2D motion tracking. The lighting is off in the first few shots; try adding motion blur to the 3D element, so that it matches the camera's shutter blur, as the camera moves outside. The interlaced footage also makes it tough, but good work, overall.

Macy's balloons are not test inflated in back yards. The last one I saw having a test inflation was at the Sioux Falls Arena in the early 90s. Aerostar International, who makes the balloons was headquartered across the street.

What I meant was - saying this video is fake by saying "fake as cake" doesn't mean shit. Cake is real, so the only reason this douche said "cake as fake" is because it rhymes. Since he can only rhyme and not say something intriguing, he sucks balls.
