Planet X is and always has been 1 thing.. a hypothetical scenario. all bodies of gravity in or around our solar system are accounted for. it would be visible with the naked eye as we can see all major (and a few far out minor) planets in and around our solar system. we would detect gravitational tugs on all bodies of the solar system. it is an absolute FACT that there are no bodies of floating around that we do not know about.
