@piromaniac9999 there is lot of surviving descendants of native Americans and some tribes died out completely type in your internet search box and you will find map of united states and the location of native American reservations some of they,re descendants do not live on reservations.I am glad change of topic that their is a black history month celebrating their achievements in American history.

They were moved into areas that were arid and not good for irrigation at all.
They do get some veangance though.Some of them have casinos on their lands and get veangance on the white guys for stealing their lands by making them bet all their money till they go broke.
Either way,my point is:i don't support slavery and i don't support how they treated the indians.

This is just from my experience, not a whole encompassing statement about this subject, I am a white man attending college and i found out that when i took pride in being white(which i still do because petty things like being called a racism doesn't bother me), i was labeled racist by some of the students (oddly enough, majority of them white, but also by minority.)

I do agree "white history" is covered more than any other in school. However, there is still selective history choices when it comes to white history. For example, one of my teachers in high school focused on Russian history. I don't know why. Anyway, we didn't talk that much about other places like Norway, Italy, Australia, etc. In my experiences, people only want to talk about the history they see fit and nothing else. It doesn't matter if it's black or white.

When race is mentioned with accomplishment, it makes said accomplishment seem surprising, as if that race is inferior.
How about every time we learn about an historic white person they use the phrase white to identify them?

But think about it. Since grade school, all my history text books were mainly white history, so there was no need to use the term "white"
Minorities are briefly mentioned, here are there. but not truly taught about. Truth is hidden.
Black Histoy Month was created to teach blacks about their history because we don't
learn in our history text books. IT's important to learn about how far a race has come to appreciate who we are today.

They got slaughtered and raped and enslaved.
In fact,there are very few actual american indians anymore and some are forgetting their heritage.
As for black hhistory:No its not racist,its important to know history of the africans who camet o america.
It should be fused with all american history and be in the textbooks so white people become educated.
