I've formulated a new workout. Try working out your calves with weights then jumping rope, and hitting the treadmill. Key to the treadmill is for every minute you run, you increase the angle by .5 ......understand? Your calves will feel like they are going to explode!!!!!
I usually where a size 11R in my military boot, and other shoes. Did you feel these shoes ran loose or tight or just right? Sometimes I've had to buy a 10.5 to get the snug fit, but didn't want to order the 11's and find out afterwards they were too loose. So, overall, what size of regular shoe do you where, and, then what size did you get in the strength shoe, and did if fit well.

i am flat footed as well- buy orhtotic insoles and save your calves. those things are a really great way to either tear them, develop a stress fracture, or both. heavy squats and calf raises will work wonders for both muscle size and your vert, save your money and your health.

I have a wicked wide foot and dont know if these shoes fit, or are comftorable. Would these shoes feel the same as my normal shoes in a jump sole?
I used to have jumpsoles and they work ok, but they are very heavy which makes every exercise very awkward. They market the extra weight as a positive, but I think they had to do that to separate it from the strength shoes. Also, you will be adjusting the straps often throughout your workout. They did improve my quickness and leg strength, but I think strength shoes are probably a superior product. Both will make you a better athlete, but you'll probably be more likely to use the strength shoes.
i play college football, and i need something that will help be work on my acceration, explosivness out of the backfield. Will these shoes help, or do they not really work

I will try to put up more videos but it won't be for another month my digi broke. I don't promote smoking but MaryJ for some reason allows your senses to be heightened hence allowing you to feel every tendon/muscle.You get a sense of what feels right and wrong. Stretch b4 practicing.

These shoes are designed to focus 100% of weight into your calves. When you normally walk it's distributed 40% to the ball of your foot and 60% to your heel. They help you jump higher, run faster and rehab weak ankles.

@mrdave777 no they will not build calf muscle. If you jump a lot, you've already trained your calf. You do calf calf raises with heavy resistance.
