all i can say is that this vid really brought back tons of memories. AND the only thing good about pokemon are the games. digimon had a way better story and not to mention, pokemon's main character's main partner is a friggin babyish mouse who is like level 500 but still gets his ass kicked by rattatas. digimon had like like 5 different levels of evolution, it was wayyy more emotional and serious, cooler and stronger enemies, better music, and was just overall a classic masterpiece (season 1-2).
I'm 15 right now and when i have nothing to watch or just bored i search up digimon. Digimon adventure 1 and 2 was probably one of biggest show i loved when i was a kid. This is what real cartoon shows are like. Miss the old digimon
This song simultaniously gets me so PUMPED for action yet also brings a tear to my eye bcos of nostalgia and bcos the song to me epitomises TEAM WORK and stuff and friendship but not in the bullshitty way u see in some kids shows, in this show the friendships were genuine between the humans and their Digimon, u really did believe that together the 16 of them could do ANYTHING

People new to digimon, I think, should start with data squad, and then go backwards to the first season, but that's just me. Seeing as they do a pretty good job with the explanations in that series, so for new people it will be easier to understand if they then went from there to season one. But only if they know that what they are watching is completely out of order.
I love this season, but I also love the next three. (So sue me.) But I do not like Digimon Savers/Data Squad. It just didn't feel like Digimon to me. I don't know why. But I don't mean that anyone who likes it is wrong, it's a matter of preference.

What they should've done instead of making new digidestined is done what Dragon Ball Z did. Make it about the kids just keep making it about a new generation; At the end of the second season they even showed new kids like Season 3 could've been about those kids have adventures looking to their parents for digi-guidance the same way Davis and the others looked to Tai and the other originals for guidance.
its amazing how a kid show changed my life. i rewatched the series recently (first and second) and it taught me about hope and light. those two things changed my life forever. im such a more posotive person because of it. im showing my kids the first two series of digimon when i have kids. because the new cartoons have absolutely no value. thank u digimon for teaching me life lessons.

I just watched all 54 episodes of Digimon in that past week. I smiled the whole time remembering this from when i was a kid. A lot of goose bumps lol. I really miss the original Digidestined. Great Anime FTW!
A good idea would be having an Adventure 3 and having the grandchildren idea, BUT having it be kind of like how Bleach is. Have the story focus on the children, but also include the legacies. Like maybe show the different agumon, and how there was an agumon for the originals, but focus on the new generation of digimon AND digidestined.

What they should've done instead of making new digidestined is done what Dragon Ball Z did. Make it about the kids just keep making it about a new generation; At the end of the second season they even showed new kids like Season 3 could've been about those kids have adventures looking to their parents for digi-guidance the same way Davis and the others looked to Tai and the other originals for guidance.

its amazing how a kid show changed my life. i rewatched the series recently (first and second) and it taught me about hope and light. those two things changed my life forever. im such a more posotive person because of it. im showing my kids the first two series of digimon when i have kids. because the new cartoons have absolutely no value. thank u digimon for teaching me life lessons.

@fobluver642 OMG I'm watching the 1st and second seasons right now. I've already watched the movie. Back in the day, when cartoons had real friendship and showed good morales, like Digimon, everyone would talk about em. Now all's any kid wants to talk about is like...music and stuff.

I just watched all 54 episodes of Digimon in that past week. I smiled the whole time remembering this from when i was a kid. A lot of goose bumps lol. I really miss the original Digidestined. Great Anime FTW!

A good idea would be having an Adventure 3 and having the grandchildren idea, BUT having it be kind of like how Bleach is. Have the story focus on the children, but also include the legacies. Like maybe show the different agumon, and how there was an agumon for the originals, but focus on the new generation of digimon AND digidestined.

i did like the new seasons up to where the kids could turn into kids i thought that was a bit to much...but the original is the best and i dont think there will be one like it ever again, kinda sad
