Specifically singling out the GIPSA rule in approps is dirty pool..legislating through approps is the last act of a desparate man.
the Ag committee was concerned about the marketing of poultry???...farmers don't have a market..they have one buyer...which provision in the GIPSA rule in regards to poultry would have harmed the marketing of poultry. Where is a copy of the letter you sent the USDA???
