are you talking about the DS game, because I'm from Newfoundland Canada, in St. John's and i just saw it today on the shelf at walmart, so it must be in certain places in Canada now. Thought I let you know. =3

there should be a classic handheld console where you can play all old games such as ufo defence, jagged alliance 2, fallout 1 and more.

you can not find Micropurifier (to run the factory)? go to Sector 50, kill all bad guys, one of them has this item. if not, then in sector 59.
