Their lyrics like the music are brilliant. Most people had a hard time understanding Bob Dylans lyrics as well. And yes I think they are comparable. Mira is fan of Dylan. But really it's about the effect of the music. The fact that their lyrics are puzzling as were Dylan's is a credit to their sophistication.

I believe that is achieved during production. They just stopped the synths hard while applying a heavy dose of echo and effects to give it that bouncy sound. Heavy echo I think.
