do you wana know how to get the car? ill tell you now. you MUST complete the DRIVING school in sanfiero before you can make this car. when you complete the driving school complete the ceser missions next to the garage. when thats done you unlock awsome cars in the wang cars garage. when you complete enough you unlock the ocen flats customize garage. then you can MOD your cars into SICK PIMPMOBILES in this garage. trust me it is SOOOOOOOO worth it.
