I don't know if it was intentional, but you've done what most people do and make this is 4/4 time :P That's why the vocals sound a tiny bit off in some places. It's fine though, sounds good the rest of the way through!

Hi drag it to the top side of the playlist (not to the part where the patterns are listed) and you will see the waveform of the song. and to play it press the song button next to the play button

If you mean importing a .wav or .mp3 than you can easily drag&drop it to the playlist. Press F5 in FL to get the playlist visible and you can drag a song from an external directory.
