This helps us to understand that the cost of building peace is so small compared to the cost of war. We need to see so much more in this arena and so much more support of organizations like this.
Peace building IMHO, would be the best way to build economic security throughout the world. With out peace, you can never have economic security, the risks of starting a business are too great if there is a risk of war destroying your efforts.
This is exactly what we need to see is happening in our world today - people dedicated to having a real impact on preventing and mitigating conflict. Wonderful!
