well at the end of the day you dont have to like but please do respect it. I do understand what you say when you make the claim that some designers sell garbage and call it high fashion. However, there are numerous designers that put a lot of hared work, styling, creativity, and craftsmanship into their work, such as Galliano. If you get a close look at those clothes you can see the impeccable work and detail that has gone into it. All those pieces were hand made!!!

Would it kill for you to be just a little open to fashion? High fashion or ordinary happy-middle-class fashion, a lot of thought and labour has been put into creating these pieces and it wouldn't hurt to try and appreciate some of it. i am definitely open to all fashion except this kind, i am an artist myself and i see it this way, i know it doesn't make sense to some/most people, but i think it is insulting that this is called "art" because these things are absolutely ridiculous and i know that i can pull that off any day, i am not biased to actuall art either, like i said before, many "artists" get away with, essentially crap and i just don't get it. hate me all you want i don't really care.

Since I was born and raised in Italy till I was 35 I got Fashion thrown in my face from the cradle cause its in the Italian Culture , I personally have friends who work for Major Italian Brands and what I learned from them and from all that overexposure is that simplicity is the essence of the style.

You have to be good at designing something beautiful and classy without entering the extreme/kitch/sci-fi/avantegar­de/Gay area . Its easier to design something like that than a Armani suit.
