The U.S. Constitution clearly is fast becoming an anachronism thru both the nation’s chief executive, BHO & HIS buddy, chief law enforcer Attorney General Eric Holder; to include the DHS, Patriot Act, NSLs, TSA, & the NDAA

And of course the NDAA bypasses the Posse Comitatus Act which requires that any orders to do so must originate with the United States Constitution or an Act of Congress - which I don't believe Congress did by authorizing the NDAA
