Sophomore guard Will Campbell has been named the Monmouth Student-Athlete of the Week after exploding for a career-high tying 27 points against Rider last Saturday.
Campbell, who went 7-for-7 from the foul line, connected on a season-high four three-pointers, en route to his 27 points, while adding three steals and two assists. It marked the sophomore guards first start of the season.
Campbell ranks third on the team in scoring, averaging 11.6 points per game.
